Before you order
How to measure
Measure the table, not a chipped old top. Use a steel tape and read to the nearest 1/8".
- Glass that drops into a frame or lip should be about 1/8" smaller than the opening on each side.
- Cut glass can vary by up to 1/8". If your table falls between two of our sizes, email us before ordering.
- For a patio table, check the hole in your old top. Ours is 2" across and centered.

How long does delivery take?
Your glass ships within 2 business days of your order, then usually arrives 2 to 5 business days later. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Is 1/4" thick enough?
Yes for glass that sits on a full frame, a patio table, or over a wood surface. For a top spanning a wide open base with little support, email us first and we'll help you choose.
What if it arrives broken?
Photograph the box and the glass and email us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?
No. Each top is made for your order, so we can't take back a size you chose. Please measure twice before ordering.
Do you make other sizes or shapes?
Yes. Email your measurements and we'll quote squares, ovals, thicker glass and other edges within one business day.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as you can.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Not yet. We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.

Returns and damage
- Damaged on arrival: email photos within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it free.
- Our mistake (a size or spec different from your order): we replace it free.
- A wrong size chosen by the customer can't be returned, because glass is cut to order.
- Cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Privacy
We use your name, address, email and phone only to make, ship and support your order. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We don't sell your information.
